FedEx and courier charges are prepaid and will be billed to you. Payment of any special routing or special handling charges, including but not limited to: oversize packages, residential and inside deliveries. Special shipping charges will be your responsibility.
Currently, sales tax is only collected for orders shipped in the State of Michigan.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
All goods returned to Beliza Design, LLC for refund or credit must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in perfect, undamaged, unworn condition. No items received with scratches, wear and tear, or other damages will be refunded. Goods can be repaired and/or upgraded for a fee. Prices for repaired goods will be determined after inspection by our specialists. ALL RELATED SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE PURCHASER.
You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase
WE DISCALIM ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST PROFITS, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. THE AMOUNT OF BELIZA DESIGN, LLC’s LIABILITY IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE LIMITED TO AND SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ITEMS IN QUESTION. ALSO, BELIZA DESIGN, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WRITTEN, STATED OR IMPLIED ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF ITS POLICIES.
